Such organization have better processes to accommodate the innovative people and agility to accept and experiment the innovations in the process itself and evolve with it. 


The Agile organisation are like living being come across with dynamism and conformity and  renew themselves with the new challenges, opportunities, environment and people together and evolve as more capable, more efficient, more promising in delivery. 


To support such transformation the leaders should be creative, empathising, forecasting, strategising, motivating and should modulate the whole system including the man, machine, and method rather than being, responsive, reactive, polite, sensible after being affected by crisis. 


In any organisational system, material and machine are core and it is fixed and a particular input, going through a particular process through the particular machine gives the predefined output without any deviation or fault, if everything goes well as per the specification. The human intervention in such processes take it to the level of excellence or worst. So human resources create flex in organisation, that can be developed, groomed, motivated to reach the level of excellence according their capacity and capabilities. 


Change is inevitable, but In 21st Century dynamic scenario change is too fast and to cope with the change the leaders are supposed to be creative and innovator to avoid obsolescence. Leader should be sensible to expected disruptions, innovations rather than being reactive to this. Unless, leaders have to work with obsolescence always. 


Creative Leadership always be the front runner by bringing lots of newness to the system to create interest and enthusiasm among all the team members to be creative.
