Spiritualism : Powerful Strategy for Driving Lives towards Peaceful and Happy Existence

Life is about work, life, mind & soul and spiritualism is the strategy to drive life towards a peaceful and happy existence. Meditation is the conscious and dedicated effort for realization of  set purpose. A broad purpose, based on values and universal goodness guides the mind and soul towards accomplishment of intended goal.

The purpose has to be clear and transparent for which a person should strive for and plan the journey to achieve, unless the whole journey will collapse like the structure collapse without a strong foundation. Through committed actions connected to heart and soul, the purpose gets fulfilled and is converted to realization, which gives eternal satisfaction.

The life goal has to be consciously selected, unless the end result brings desatisfaction, frustration etc and takes us away from ourselves. Narada Muni, who is considered to be epitome of all knowledge starting from physical to spiritual, earth to heaven and birth to death, once asked Lord Bishnu that after learning so much in this world “I do not feel contended or satisfied. I feel I am much away from myself, do not know who I am, what I want and how to achieve it.” Then Lord answered, whatever you have learnt are the information about the whole world, what is there in the world, but you have never tried to get the answer why those are there in this world, what is the purpose of existence of this material world. Explore yourself, learn yourself and then only you can find the light of knowledge, get the bliss and ultimate calmness in life.

Illusions in mind, the instability in thoughts, drive towards uncertainties, the darkness, ignorance. Ignorance is the part of life and knowledge is the radiance, the light, help to start and accelerate towards journey of life by leaving the world of ignorance behind. The beautiful well designed shirt is not me, crown with pearl and diamond is not me, me is inside the shirt, under the crown, the sincerity is required to find it….

Once in Mahabharat War, Arjuna saw that all  people have died, all the wealth created by the whole humanity is destroyed, the relationships established are destroyed, nothing is there to be proud of, nothing is there to share, nothing is there to get connected to find the meaning of existence. At the same time Lord Krishna said, when nothing is there with you, physical or emotional, you are there in your original form, pure, natural, so act according to your nature and move ahead without bothering for the consequences towards accomplishment of your life goal. That is meditation, the Sadhana, Upasana of Super Being.

Infinite wealth is there inside us, which has no limit, no boundary just big ………….. The attainment of that knowledge is the eternal happiness, the bliss, the radiance, the light …..

Mind is like the pebble in the current of water, moves from the body to horizon, finite to infinite. Its journey is volatile, changing and needs constant intervention to become stable, calm and then it can emit the brightness. Once a saint was going through a river, he saw a swan sitting and waiting for the fish in the river bank. Whenever any passenger is crossing through it, it is flying a distance and again coming back to the original position. He watched it for few hours constantly and found that after sometime, the swan is not being disturbed by the passengers, crossing the river. It is sitting silently and doing its job. Mind needs patient intervention and continued practices for a particular point of time till the enlightenment to focus on purpose and drive the life towards happiness.

Mind is the box of all evils, if not trained properly, it tells people are bad, they can not be trusted, they are my enemies etc. Like it happens, in a sharing boarding, when the board mate comes to stay the existing inmates can not tolerate it, they say he/she is not clean, he/she is talkative, reason for disturbance etc, but after some time all of them become friends, mind slowly accepts. Mind bubbles on new sudden intervention or change, but slowly it accepts with time and routine. Time and routine has great role in training the mind towards righteousness. The resilience can be brought to mind through practice of yoga and meditation.

Social workers do lots of social works, they provide, food, clothes, houses to the people to lead their life by fulfilling their basic requirements. Those social workers they think they are providing the means to the people to lead life comfortable, away from hunger and poverty. That is the objective they all long for. Few social workers provide education, healthcare and opportunity to earn the livelihood and feel satisfied that they are not only serving the generation in the world but they have the vision for future generations also. Many examples are there that those people, who are benefited by those workers get irritated by them because of not fulfilling their expectations, wants, which is unlimited and increases with time .

Yogis  meditate and achieve the spiritual goal, make his/her mind and soul conscious to connect to the world and spread the happiness, the bliss in this earth . Spread universal knowledge of Spirit, Self, Being and Super Being, what every human has the right to know and which knowledge makes them calm, peaceful and showls the way to stay connected with super being. Hand Holds them in the journey of Spiritualism …….

Human being is having a body, which needs food and water to survive, needs protection against sun, rain, wind, fire etc. That means it needs some wealth (artha) to fulfil those needs, which cannot be ignored. If those requirements will be ignored, then body will e destroyed and there will be no existence, without the physical existence, there is vacuum, no human no soul. Physical and material existence are most important part of universal existence, which can not be ignored and to get happiness, and stay contended, the fulfilment of those needs are inevitable. So Chanakya said “Sukhasya Mula Dharma and Dharma Sya Mula Artha “.

If a physical body exists, it has some desire to get a comfortable life, achieving all material and sensory desires and to achieve it human being establishes relationships with the physical world and human world, the world of desire. (Kama).  Desire becomes the way of physical world. It gives the feelings of liveliness. If physical world is object, the world of desire is the journey. Both are strongly connected to complement each other.

With all those existence with liveliness, a very strong desire exists for attainment of Godliness, the search for ultimate Light, where everything is present together with Universe. (Moksha). Spiritualism is the journey towards Godliness by integrating all towards search of truth, search of life, search of brightness…………..

Spiritualism is the Strategy to Achieve ultimate goal……..

“Just like dental hygiene, mental hygiene needs to be taught from a very young age. Children are taught how to brush their teeth, similarly parents will have to teach them how not to get tense and if they are tense how to get rid of it. Tools and techniques must be taught to them, to uplift their spirit. I feel that this is something that the world all over, people need it.”

It's not mere inking of an Article or on the other word – elaboration of a story. It can be proudly said that the hidden idea and ideology of the narrator shall become panacea for millions of hearts.

The article is truly amazing and the author has nicely presented the outcome based efforts which is depending on several aspects such as concentration, clean mind, self consciousness etc. The number of examples from the epics correlated with the theme of the discussion has given a clear understanding of the article.

Rightly said by many great persons that each one has to find his peace from within and peace to be real must be unaffected by outside circumstances. If peace is our single aim in all we do, we will always know what to do because we will do whatever will protect and deepen our peace. To live a spiritual life we must first find the courage to enter the desert of our loneliness and to change it by gentle and persistent efforts into a garden of solitude.

Thanks a lot madam for enlightening all of us in such a simple way.
