Life has been described as the ‘Supreme Self’ and it pervades and exists in every human being. The ancient sages have described the objectives of human existence in the world as Dharma (Righteousness), Artha (Money) , Kama (Desire) and Moksh (Salvation). Through the ways of Jnyana (Knowledge), Bhakti (Devotion) and Karma (Action) they reach the stage of salvation. The whole human existence revolves around those four objectives and three ways and all other principles of Science, Society and Business are abstract of this.
Existence of human being in the society is based on law of nature. Nurtured by Environment, driven by the firm Desire to Survive, to live with dignity and happiness. The key drivers are Necessity, Beliefs, Happiness and Dignity. Survival can be sometimes in isolation, but for security, both physical and emotional, human beings have to live together.  For happiness, they have to share the emotions, joys and feelings, they need recognition of the fellow colleagues for their uniqueness. The whole leadership concept revolves around Survival, Human Dignity and Happiness.

The key to discipline in the Society in Indian communities, aware or unaware of the rules, regulations, aware or unaware of the punishment system, the key drivers of the society are

The author explained the beauties of living together peacefully in the society. The element that links them together is at the core, and is the essence of the group. In the field of Public Health, we see community as a group of folks that are at risk of being infected or affected by certain types of diseases based on their demographic, social and economic status during these pandemic days. A community is a familiar thread used to bring people together to advocate and support each other in the fight to overcome these threats, which is the need of the hour. As human beings, we need a sense of belonging, and that sense of belonging is what connects us to the many relationships we develop. Prof. Dr. Sasmita Samanta, Pro VC of KIIT University, Bhubaneswar is a well known academician and very truly established the integrated community behaviour is an integral part of every individual.
