LEADERSHIP IS RESPONSIBILITY
Subject of Leadership is always human, which speaks something about human development, human behaviour, human aspirations, human dreams, human emotions, human involvement etc. etc. We select the purpose by considering the scope for growth, scope for opportunities and work out all information scientifically for explorations.
In a democratic society, the successful strategies are dependent on human and humanity. The execution of such strategies become perfect and enjoyable because of high acceptability and growth prospects embedded in it. When the affiliation or bond for the purpose becomes very strong, the system evolves with change of aspirations.
Developing comfort with uncertainty, crisis and failure in this changing time is inevitable. Because today in business, in community, in personal life, calling emergency meeting in 30 minutes interval in business, planning to face cyclone, flood or any other natural calamity together with community, arranging a social get together or tracking trip in a short notice, planning family trip just after huge loss in business etc have become part and partial of everyday life. So being spontaneous in taking decision is very munch required.
Social Status comes from taking responsibility for contributing selflessly for others and deriving satisfaction from their acknowledgement. In a business, while a person takes responsibility of driving it forward, without being bothered for the title or stake he or she is enjoying or owning. Introducing the new processes for creation of new knowledge and wealth exaggerate their power of execution and invite accolades.
In a very crucial time, when the troops make the strategy in the war field, it involves lives of hundreds of people and status of a nation. In that tactical time, when strategy is executed, the leader takes the responsibility of failure and victory for the nation.
Leadership comes taking ownership of the job, executing and achieving the success. Leaders never run after title, they just love to take up the responsibilities, execute, set the examples and derive happiness from success of others.
