Vedic civilisation was established by
Indo Europeans, who came from particularly Iran or its nearby regions. During those ten decades, Hinduism took its own shape an origin. In Hinduism, three Gods are considered as the original God and have created other Gods and Goddesses. Brahma (Creator), Bishnu (Nurtures) and Maheswar (Salvation). All else everything is just delusion. “ He emphasised mostly on internal prayer or worship, which is demonstrated through meditation, the prayers. The external ceremonial worships are the reflections of internal prayers. The manifestation of power within ourselves is SOUL and this SOUL is Purusha and visible power outside is nature, Prakriti or the mother, the origin of feminine character. So loving the children, the people in and around us, being empathetic and compassionate for them universally is the highest form of prayer.
The whole human race, while going through the tough time, lighting that universal consciousness of ‘deep sense of love and care for all’ can help to have a peaceful co-existence.

Love (compassion) is the unifying tendency in the spiritual realm like gravity binds the material world.
Material is filtered projection of spiritual. One can free oneself from gravity bound material world by establishing oneself in the spiritual realm through love/ compassion/ devotion/ Grace.
Prayer/ devotion/ compassion / Grace programs the Causal body. Pranayama tunes/ energises the Subtle body. Mother Earth (panchatatwa) sustains the Gross body. Alignment of spiritual/ Causal/ Subtle/ Gross will optimise the evolution process.
