Creativity is the Production of new Idea. People think creativity is mysterious, even the creators think like that. When we go to the work place, mostly we are involved in routine because in business more than 80 % of the jobs are routine and business becomes success with successful execution of routine. So in the work place we tend to stay connected with routine as routine gives us definite and perceptive return.
Creativity we understand is beyond our control as we all think manager’s job is most effective job as it creates visible instant impact in the job and workplace itself. When managers want to be creator, they have to prepare themselves to analyse the work or work place, interact with end users or customers, study the environment properly and prepare the environment to be flexible and adapted to the new environment. Most of the time managers want to take time out for creativity, but he does not understand he creates new processes, inducts new talents, who works in a new way, tune the system to evolve automatically by absorbing the new knowledge, ideas and skills. So who can connect to the job properly and can focus on that he gets the confidence that he is a creator, not the manager. The strong passion and commitment for the purpose converts a manager to a creator, who evolves the systems, products or processes with time and requirement.
Once Lord wanted to create this world and that wants became the route of creation of the whole world. The scholars, learners and wise discussed and created the proper system with their knowledge and consciences what is to be commuted and what not. Such great creators, the Lords with that brightness, that light went up and down. It had affected the water and air. No one knows from where and from what this universe is created, because the wise people were created after creation of this world. So creation comes from a strong and positive desire naturally and we realise after creation only. Nobody knows from where it originated and when it got the shape.
In management science we say creation happens through four stages, Preparation for Creation after analysis of facts and figures, Incubation of Ideas, then Illumination of ideas with proper fitment and then Verification before execution. Illumination becomes the most important phase, when creator selects the best idea after cancelling the alternatives and then verifies with requirement. We find the best sounding ideas most of the time becomes unacceptable at the end and very small idea becomes the most successful creation at the end after accepting the knowledge and idea of the Universe and accepting it in its original form.
Environment is Designed, but creation is natural. Understanding its source and end is beyond our limit ……………..

Creativity is the manifestation of our past experience which reflect in our action.
Designing and planning what we will do (or create) using the ingredient of Creativity will definitely give an outcome of high order of thinking. Madam you have touched upon a very subtle subject which is discussed and debated in many forums. You have kept your perspective clear in this post and that’s appreciable. Recollecting an article which said, the ancient Greeks and Hippocrates suggested that creativity was a gift of God which only a few posses. But I think, today we believe that creativity resides within us. Imagining and thinking differently, then starting to create from our own imagination and not building on other’s ideas would give a creation that is novel, unique and appropriate to serve its intended purpose.
Creativity is in present when the mind does not dwell between past and future anymore. Nice article …
