High rise buildings, surrounded by big boundaries, well trained securities, lots of security machineries and arrangements to keep us safe, Gives the feelings that, we will not be affected by strongest cyclone or world war. They dream to build a strong community with registered society, get committed to protect the interest of all. Ganesh Puja, Saraswati Puja, Id, Christmas etc are celebrated together to show respect for all religion and all beliefs. They feel proud to discuss that their Community is broad, multicultural, open to all religions and have developed resilience to accept one and all.
In an adaptive society, the relationship plays a key role to establish an agile community, where resources and facilities are shared equitably by one and all. All said and done, If house keeping people are not coming for one week, the buildings become full of dirt, no one to look at, even if a rat or pigeon, if died for any reason, the foul smell spreads over the building, but no one lifts it. Is this the resilience, we build, we see and we are proud of ?
There are lots of people they just see the weaknesses and faults of others through their anger, frustration, limitations etc. Their limitations are show cased as the bench mark for others. They keep themselves in peak of physical and mental conditions. Do pranayams, Do yogas, Lift kgs and kgs, Run miles. They have utmost loyalty for themselves.
The knowledge about others, their capabilities, their strengths, their emotions make us an active citizen and being sensible for that makes us responsible citizen.
Julia Middleton writes, once he met with Bill Clinton in Singapore in a conference, where he was just talking with all just like a delegate and not like President of most rich country of the Globe. He was trying to understand the views of each and every individual and created a personal resilience with his smile, simple style of conversation and humble attitude, as anyone and everyone can come comfortably to talk to him.
Once, I had read about Mother Teresa, while she was interacting with a very high profile guest at her office, she just could see a sufferer, standing few yard away from that room and waiting to get help from Mother. She could realize, got up and talked to him to solve his issue. Provided him required service, covered the open wound on his leg and came back for discussion again. Without any verbal communication, she could understand the pain in the eyes and provided the service.
In the spiritual world, there is natural loving for the supreme by the individual and without any inhibition and second thought, individual continues to contribute for getting pleasure and satisfaction, we call it devotion.
In business world , we call it empathy, to think through others, to understand their aspirations and to keep the demand for business uninterrupted.
To continue the relationship, with love and respect in a community sensibility for others is very crucial . As we all are the emanation from supreme, we all are single individual with different personalities, different virtues, different values. We all are not the same. Let us try to understand all, with understanding the indication of supreme, to make our lives beautiful.

The sentiment of the noble artist of the pious Article is incomparable. It has been of wide, highly broad and matured sense of humor. The basic idea & ideology behind the script is whoever we are, whatever we are and wherever we are, in no way we are above the Almighty. Thank a lot Madam for inking the description; and I would humbly request to arrange for publishing such valued Articles as early as possible and practicable.

Its nice to hear from you Prof. Samanta after a brief break. You have so nicely touched another social concept to make life beautiful. Understanding others awakens us from the sense of separateness & we can begin to live from the reality of our shared belonging. As mentioned here, we need to widen the circles of our understanding and in turn make this society a better place to live in.
All of us have the capacity to make meaning in our lives and to join together to create a larger culture that values meaning over self-gratification… Meaning is available to us here and now if we can only recognize it, cultivate it, and embrace it.
Lot of things to learn from eminent personalities you have mentioned Ma'am– Mary Teresa (known as ‘Mother’), Bill Clinton (“Man of the year 1992”). Like Gandhi jee said “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others”.
The idea of service to humanity, putting yourself in situations where people have much less than you do, puts life in that way.
From what we get, we can make a living; what we give, however, makes a life.
A glass of water has no value on its own, but the moment it quenches the thirst of an exhausted person, it turns more valuable than gold. Be a glass of water and quench the thirst of others.
Genuinely speaking, your blog, a social cataloging website that allows individuals to search the meaning of life. Keep inspiring Ma'am.
