There is nothing more powerful than Human Power. Power to Create, Power to get Knowledge, Power to Feel, Power to Building Relationship, Power to Motivate, Power to Drive and Power to Lead. This Power creates differences in the world, blown away by the Creativity and Leadership.
Institutions are Running with people and Driven by Leadership. The environment, the culture, the quality of outcome, the work place relationship are created by leaders. Leaders are responsible for the people, their wellbeing, their growth, their performance and their family. They are not only in charge of job, they are in charge of human beings, those who feel, who think, who aspire, who dream and strive to achieve. To understand the people, the leaders should be able to feel for the people, able to empathize and provide everybody the justice to perform or deliver as per the capacity and capability of each individual and environment around him or her, influencing the performance.

Cognitive Empathy relates to Understanding others, the Emotional Empathy relates to sharing feelings of others and Compassionate Empathy relates to not only understanding and sharing but taking effective measures to reduce the problem. The Power of Empathy makes you a very popular and Compassionate Leader and gives you the power to drive a large group to the level of Excellence. I had impact of various behavioral skills in software Industries long back during 2007 In four major Indian Software Industries and the result showed that Leadership and Humanity are having the greatest impact in work place in managing people and to have a distinct work place culture, appreciated by one and all≥
A clear and strong and powerful vision is translated to the reality with effort and support of human power and grows fast. It connects the people to contribute, to experiment and to realize the success of their share. A strong perception with perfect imagination and wisdom based on previous statistics or behavioral qualitative changes show the light to build the path to achieve. A strong vision attracts resources, both physical and intellectual and trust to rely.

Vision is a fearless motivation, it is energy to sail on and on and to drive ahead, it is Power to grow confidently.
Purpose of Life is to lead a happy and meaningful life. Being happy is the purpose and rights of human being. Meaningful is sometimes very confusing, It is sometimes understood as the meaningful to the individual, sometimes it is said as the meaningful to family or society or nation or to the world. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, create the purpose for your life, realize the purpose and move ahead. Make the purpose your life to live, build the inner strength to do anything to achieve it and keep on working on it. It is created out of deep despair and that despair burns to excel.
The power of human is enormous to achieve anything, to create anything, which needs determination and perseverance to walk, run and fly high and high….

The purpose of empathy is to strengthen people, not affirm weakness. People feel stronger when they feel understood. Before people feel understood they worked to validate themselves but after understanding, they're free to move ahead. Empathy always promotes stagnation and weaknesses harm people.Author is trying to connect passion with purpose and believe in people's capabilities to move forward and focusing on building environments where people find their own solutions.

Empathy is predominantly an innate trait and can be learned to some extent in life. Great effort Prof. Samanta for writing about this cognitive capacity or we can call a personality trait.
